Gates Signing Services may assist with apostille and document authentication services as a facilitator.

We do not control processing times of:

• Secretary of State offices

• Government agencies

• Embassies or consulates

Processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

8. Document Responsibility

Clients are responsible for ensuring:

• Documents are complete and accurate

• Documents meet the requirements of the receiving authority

• Any necessary notarization or certification requirements are understood

We are not responsible for documents rejected by third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gates Signing Services shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Delays caused by government agencies

• Errors in documents provided by clients

• Postal or courier service delays

• Actions of third-party service providers

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.
